Below are a few more details to make getting your first appointment a little easier:
PARKING Located directly behind the house is a parking stall with my sign on it reserved for my clients. Access is from the laneway. Please arrive only 5 minutes before the appointment to ensure the space will be available to you. Additional free parking can be found in the Justice Court Plaza or along 26th Street and 28th Ave.
Massage Practice is in the same house as Sage Room and Totally Booked.
OFFICE ENTRANCE is at the front of the house. Head right up to the second floor. Please be aware that as it is a heritage house there is no elevator but a full length of stairs. At the end of the hall is my small waiting room. Come in, remove your shoes and take a seat. Help your self to some water and check in online with the QR code. I’ll be with you shortly.

We all experience countless physical changes throughout our lives. Some of our adventures change us for the better, and in amazing ways! However, at times we sustain unfortunate injuries or traumas along the way. Each of these experiences shape who we are and mold our body into how we present ourselves today. Consistent and caring support is vital in achieving our health goals as we actively take responsibility for our well being.
I have been practicing since 2014 after three years of study at the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy. I support a holistic approach to health and wellness, and exercise a variety of therapeutic techniques; from Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Visceral and Neuromuscular Therapy, to Prenatal, Postpartum and Infant Massage.
Women’s Health is my greatest passion; and therefore, my independent practice will focus on devoting more time for new and expecting mothers. My hope is to support each woman’s wellbeing along their journey into and through motherhood; facilitating a safe and comfortable space to empower and equip each mother to actively realize their health and wellness goals.
